Construction makes great progress, despite weather conditions
We are working diligently on the construction of the offices and labs as an effort to recover lost time from the unexpected high volume of rain experienced in the Houston-area.

Roof is completed
Due to favorable weather, we achieved excellent construction progress last week and the entire roof for the facility has now been completed.

Office area layout is finalized
The final layout for the office area is currently under review. Toward the end of August, employees from the Houston Logistics Center will be the first group of office personnel to move to the DTTP.

The DTTP features an onsite health clinic, cafeteria, food pods throughout the facility, walking trails, a dojo learning center, and chillers on the assembly floor.

Deliveries made and progress continues
Construction is progressing well and coordination with the contractor continues as heavy equipment deliveries and installations increased this week. Lab installation started this week and the furniture for the office area was delivered.

Several construction crews on the site performing varying tasks from the planting of trees, to hanging lights in labs, to painting in the office areas. Safety is our number one priority as we work together to complete the facility.

In the final stages for the Assembly area
Safety continues to be our number one priority as we work to complete the facility. During the past week, our crews started the final stages of work in many areas including the Assembly area and funiture installation in the 2nd Floor area.
